Single Session Consults |
This single hour long session is the perfect opportunity to pick the brain of a professional nutritionist.
In this consult, you and Cole will discuss your current nutrition regimen and strategies to improve your general health and anthletic performance.

Individual Consulting |

By working with Cole one-on-one, you’ll receive a customized meal plan based on your age, weight, training schedule, food preferences, and nutrition goals.
Cole will go over your medical history, current eating habits, and any questions you might have in order to calculate your specific calorie and nutrient requirements.
You will then be given with a detailed food plan that includes instructions on how to easily prepare every meal or snack. No prior cooking experience is necessary.
Over time, Cole can provide any necessary changes to the plan as goals or training evolve. Cole’s list of clients fills up fast so please contact us to find out about any openings. |
