PR Cole will help guide you to the road of sustainable weight management. She will review your health history, weight loss goals, eating preferences and lifestyle to develop a customized nutrition plan based on up to date scientific research. You will be provided with practical information like sample meal plans, guidelines for nutrition on the go, general healthy long-term habits.

Rather than opt for a severe calorie restricted approach, the Fuel the Fighter strategy emphasizes gradual changes to reach long-term goals. The skills you learn will help you to make successful nutrition choices for a lifetime

Your customized weight loss nutrition plan starts with a consultation that lasts between 60-90 minutes to review medical, nutrition and diet history and weight loss goals. You are encouraged to keep a 3-5 day food diary to help determine your typical intake of overall calories and nutrients. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, and provide ongoing education based on your changing lifestyle and medical/health concerns, and may include any of the following:

  • Meal Planning
  • Appropriate supplementation
  • Shopping Lists
  • Dining out guidelines
  • Healthy habits for travel and vacation
  • Holiday meal planning
  • Dealing with weight loss plateaus
  • Exercise guidelines

Pricing

  • Initial consultation with a starter week long meal plan: $200
  • Initial consultation without a meal plan (includes general strategies for success): $100
  • Follow up Nutrition consultations (30 minutes each): $75

  • Monthly support Package: $375 for the first month, $100 month thereafter.
    • This option is ideal for people who want long- term nutrition support to reach their goals.
    • The fee for the first month includes the initial assessment, a starter meal plan and 3 additional half hour weekly follow up sessions. The weekly follow-ups will focus on tweaking the plan as necessary, adding recipes and overcoming any obstacles that may arise.
    • The price for subsequent months includes bi-monthly 30- minute sessions for continued nutrition education and support.
